Dr. Rostov is one of the best corneal surgeons in the country and is exceptionally knowledgeable about optical health issues. Dr. Rostov performed two procedures on my eyes, and both were completed correctly and without complications. I have found her to be pleasant, direct, and willing to provide accurate and honest information. She is  the only doctor I would be comfortable going to for any type of corneal surgery.

I have had extreme myopia (almost pathological) and astigmatism in both eyes my entire life. Gas-permeable hard contact lenses were the only thing that corrected my vision perfectly, but as I reached middle age, it became increasingly painful to wear them for long hours. Applying makeup, using the computer, driving, allergies... All of these factors made everyday use of contact lenses a major headache, so much so that I was starting to dread going out into the world. Dr. Rostov performed cataract surgery and placed a toric symphony IOL in both my eyes. I cannot be happier with the results. For the first time in my life, I can wake up and enjoy crystal-clear vision and go out into the world without the constant irritation and worry that used to plague me. I am able to drive confidently and lead a carefree life. I highly recommend Dr. Rostov to anyone who is considering cataract / IOL surgery.

Excellent vision recovery after a lifetime of one eye wildly off from the other with astigmatism and farsightedness. add in cataracts, happily by the time i went in for possible lasik surgery a new type of lens to correct multifocal vision plus astigmatism is now available just since jan 2018 -corrected both eyes to 20-20 so what the heck is better than that?! 1st surgery i did have to wait nearly 5 hours due to earlier surgery patients that had complications. 2nd surgery wait 1.5 hrs. Excellent!

Amazingly knowledgeable as much as caring. Always with a big smile and willing to explain the procedures and alternatives. I had a cornea transplanted by her in 2011 and everything went perfect. I have referred a friend with my same problem and he is very pleased as well.
